The pilot unit demonstrates different water treatment processes to show you our system applications. Knowledgeable staff operates the trailer and answers any questions. Part of the demonstrating process includes a final report that explains the results after the demonstration is complete. The pilot unit is equipped with mixing chambers, ozone, DAF unit, air compressor, UV, fiberball filter, ceramic membrane, disk filter, and spiral membrane systems. Whether your water's generated from; ponds, lagoons, landfill, industrial, commercial, oil/gas field, brewery, winery, golf course, fields, new/existing developments, food, construction, and/or an existing wastewater treatment plants which need further polishing, the unit is equipped to effectively treat your water. It's like having your own convenient portable treatment plant.
A major advantage of having the pilot trailer on site is that you are able to try out the system before hand to decide which system works best for your application. Also, the trailer is very beneficial during the decision making phase of each process so that you can see the results of your design.
